Shipment to addresses

Bullrock ships to addresses within the India only.

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed generally within 2-3 business days but 21days is maximum limit for despatch of any product.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order is absolutely depends on parcel weight, volume and distance between pickup and delivery and we impose shipping charges actual basis as per shipping rate of our shipping partner.
  • Delivery generally takes normally 3 to 10 working days time but delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active generally within 24 hours after despatch.

Duties and Taxes

Bullrock is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Bullrock is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Product Return Policy:-

please read the terms and condition carefully-

  • Unboxing Video is mandatory for any sort of complaint and return of product. Please show the packed courier parcel, followed by address and tracking detail and open the parcel, take out the product, show it clearly. If you find any damage or discrepancies, must show it clearly in the video without any cut pause or editing and report it.
  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exchange is only for major damages like cut, rip, torn and mismatch item that too with clear video that must be taken while opening the package without pause.
  • Refund/exchange for quality issues are not allowed due to any manner because it is based on individual's opinion.
  • The colours you see on your device may vary due to the varying colour reproduction of individual devices. Please expect 5-10% colour variation.
  • In case of defective, damage or mismatched product, the product will be replaced or changed within 30 working days failure to replace or change, the money would be refund.

Cancellation:-

Cancellation of order may be happen automatically due to non-availability of chosen product or as per wish of Customer/Distributor before product despatch.

Refunds:-

The amount would be refund automatically at wallet/Account of customer in case of cancellation of order. We will initiate a refund to customers at their prescribed Bank Account/wallet within Three (3 to 5) working days after submission of Bank detail through their registered Email.

  • In case of disputed product, after receiving the parcel opening video of disputed item, we will inspect it and notify the sender regarding approval or repudiation of product return proposal. If we approve the product return proposal, we will also arrange to pickup of the parcel from customer end. After receiving the returned item, we will immediately notify the sender on the status of their refund after inspecting the item.
  • In case of Normal Customer, if return is approved, either we will replace the disputed item with fresh same item or We will initiate a refund of product price & GST on sender (Normal Customer) request after deduction of return shipping charges at their prescribed Bank Account within Three (3 to 5) working days after submission of Bank detail through their registered Email.

Shipping of returned product:-

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
